I have nothing better to do on a Saturday morning than go over finances. In doing so, I realized that I had miscalculated the tax incidence graphs I had previously created. The biggest change is for payroll taxes in college: instead of looking at my W2s I just assumed I was paying full Social Security… Continue reading Tax Incidence Reviewed

2012 Tax Incidence
So I’ve done our 2012 taxes, and as such, I can update my last blog post on tax incidence. Graphs below…
Our Paris Trip
We left for Paris on Saturday, 5 January, flying overnight through Amsterdam to arrive in Paris on Sunday. We left the following Monday morning, so we were in Paris for over a week. Plenty of time to hit all the highlights. FYI, all pictures are here.
New Photos Up: Paris Trip
I’ve put new photos up of our trip to Paris. I’ll have a full recap of the trip soon, but for now, enjoy the pictures!
Historical Tax Incidence

The CISSP Exam

Count… Continue reading Moving on up

And frankly, why wouldn’t it be a great time to contemplate the forging of millions of people in the furnaces of the now? Europe is threatening to fly apart like a delaminating high-speed flywheel, protesters are occupying… Continue reading The Solarised Self
Δ MSST
I’m pretty much done with the bulk of my MSST degree program, now that my capstone project has been completed. All in all, it’s been a fantastic experience. I knew that there would be a few bumps along the way, seeing as how I was in the first cohort to go through the program, but… Continue reading Δ MSST
